Bagley Creek tears through a narrow slot in the rock wall and over a nice little waterfall.  The falls have three tiers that can be seen from the bottom:  a 25' plunge, a 10' drop, and a little 5' tall drop.  The area surrounding the falls is probably 20 degrees colder than the air a few feet away from the creek thanks to the icy cold wind kicked up by the snow-fed creek.  As cool as this waterfall is, it's very tough to get a clear view thanks to the surrounding brush and the way the falls drop into the canyon.

DIRECTIONS - Drive east on the Mt. Baker Highway.  In 46.8 miles, turn left into the big parking lot across from the entrance to Silver Fir Campground.  Drive down the road at the back of the lot.   Stay on the main road until a Y in the road at around the 2 mile mark.  Take the right fork and drive as far as you are comfortable.  From there walk down the road until you hear the falls on your right.  Make your way down the creek to get a good view.
